Trading 212
Ember connects to Trading 212 via their official API. Ember only ever reads your portfolio data — it never trades, transfers, or withdraws.
Trading 212 sync needs the Ember plan or above — up to 3 live broker/crypto connections; Blaze is uncapped.
1
Generate an API key
- Log in to your Trading 212 account in the web app or mobile app.
- Navigate to Profile / Settings → API (or search for “API key” in the help search bar).
- Click Generate. Trading 212 shows the key once — copy it immediately.
If your Trading 212 account offers scope controls when generating a key, give the key read-only scopes. Ember only ever reads portfolio data either way — it never places trades or moves money.
2
Add the connection in Ember
- Go to Settings → Integrations and click Add connection.
- Select Trading 212.
- Paste your API key and give the connection a label.
- Link the connection to an asset in your Ember portfolio.
3
Test the connection
Click Sync now. On success, the linked asset's value updates and the status shows ok. Ember auto-syncs daily at 09:00 UTC after that.
