Binance

Ember reads your Binance total portfolio value using a read-only API key. No trading or withdrawal permissions are granted.

Binance sync needs the Ember plan or above — up to 3 live broker/crypto connections; Blaze is uncapped.

1

Create a read-only API key

  1. Log in to Binance and go to Profile icon API Management.
  2. Click Create API. Choose System generated. Label it Ember.
  3. Complete any 2FA verification Binance requires.
  4. On the permissions screen, ensure Read Only (Enable Reading) is checked and everything else is unchecked.
  5. Leave IP access restriction as Unrestricted — Ember's sync runs from Ember's servers and a fixed egress IP is not published.
  6. Copy both the API Key and Secret Key. The Secret Key is shown only once.
2

Add the connection in Ember

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations and click Add connection.
  2. Select Binance.
  3. Paste the API Key and Secret Key, then give the connection a label.
  4. Link it to an asset in your Ember portfolio.
3

Test the connection

Click Sync now. Ember fetches your Spot wallet, Simple Earn (flexible & locked) and Funding wallet balances, prices them from Binance's own market data, and updates the linked asset.
